Amazing pizza. They use a sourdough starter for their crust and it creates a flavorful, chewy and crispy crust. Chewiness is... just the right amount - not going to exhaust your jaw so you can kill the whole pizza. Cucumber salad is a great pairing andequally delicious. Read more

Finally got a chance to try them out, and I'd highly recommend! One of the better pies in town, and a really good and... interesting selection of options and ingredients. Felt like a great classic pizza, but jazzed up in a special way. Definitelycoming back soon! Read more
Best pizza I've had in the 5 years I've lived in KC, by far. High quality ingredients across the board and the crust is amazing.... If you need to feed a big group of people this probably isn't the place to go, but if you just want high-quality and deliciouspizza give it a try. Will definitely be back for more! Read more
