Normally I ain?t the one to complain but I place and order last night for bacon cheesey bread that was fine no problem with that... besides I wanted them to change the marinara to garlic sauce but the jalapeño bites I had 3 normal one then the rest werefinger thin and just about empty of any fillings the cheesey sticks were fatter than most of the jalapeño bite and I also askedfor garlic sauce on those to but I got ranch again normally not the person to complain and leave a bad review but I just wantwhat I paid Read more
Done with this papa johns location. Been going here for a year and half and half of the time ordering here at night you get an... enormous crust proportion pizza. Might as well call it Papa Crust. Read more
When the delivery driver showed up, I was filling out the receipt to give my driver a tip. My daughter came to the door excited... to get her pizza. As I was exchanging the receipt and the pizza with the delivery driver, the driver yelled at my daughtertelling her to back up and pointing her finger. When I called the restaurant to complain, the manager said that drivers are notallowed to deliver pizza to children. I told the manager that the he was not delivering the pizza to a child he was deliveringto me and my child was picking up the pizza. We ALWAYS Get our pizza from this place. We received a pizza that had next to no toppings. It was thrown together and was ice cold. We call to ask what can be done and... the manager told us we could get a credit for our next order. We wanted a refund or a replacement. He was so rude. I told him Iwanted a refund. He got a horrible attitude and said he wanted his pizza back then. Ordered pizza for delivery at 6pm. Pizza was dropped off on the steps at 5:51pm with no notification that it was delivered. How... hard is it to knock or ring the doorbell?
