If I could give zero stars I would. The food is usually decent, when they have it. They are regularly out of stuff, paying for... my dips is pretty pathetic. But my biggest issue is the cashier, she is constantly rude, put out by your presence, and doesn'twant to deal with customers. Yet she is always on the register being hateful and rude. Well I think Popeyes used to be #1 for us when we came to get fried chicken! Now the chicken seems to be over brined. The cut... pieces are portioned wrong, the breast have lost their size dramatically. I mean this was crazy. Even the wings are cut off towere they no longer have the jointed end, this of course is the main part of the wing where its meat was. If I could give 0 stars I could. Placed an online order figuring it would easier to organize. I arrived and went to the speaker... and let them know I was here. They told me at the speaker they were out of mac and cheese and gravy for the mashed potatoes. Iam understanding so I gave my substitution requests. Pull up to the window and am then told at the window that they are out ofmild tenders, 8 pcs of my meal. Told them I?d like to substitute for white meat chicken instead and they refused. I have workedcustomer service for almost a decade now and would never deny a client a substitution if the restaurant was at fault. Themanager, Tameka, was very rude, condescending, and quite frankly an embarrassment for this establishment. Several of her workersrolled their eyes at me and were obviously expressing disgust. I had went through the drive through area I hadn?t checked my order til we had drove off . As we gone onto the highway I then... began to check my bags and realized my fries in all the bags looked like they were just thrown in there not even caring aboutplacing the fries the correct way inside it?s bag. Fast food again. I walked in and timed it just right fresh cooked chicken. YUM!!! I vacuumed it in, always good it seems. I do... not get it often too far away. I've had one bad meal there and it was taken care of. The inside was clean and the food was good.It's fast food so its only gets 4 stars, sorry, but i recommend this particular spot. Read more
