I?m often used to very good customer service from starbucks and very welcoming employees. Here the employees weren?t, they... complained about us stopping by with a bird on our shoulder (a little cockatiel who can?t even fly and hiding on my husband?sshoulder). I don?t understand, so dogs are accepted yet little tamed birds are not? But that?s not even the problem, i respectall rules and regulations about pets and what?s allowed and what?s not, the only problem is the way they approached us and askedus to put the bird in the carrier, they were kind of rude, it doesn?t hurt to be nice and ask in a nice way you know?
