Ordered a trenta Sweet Cream Cold Brew no ice. Usually the "cashier" fills the void from the ice with the foam. Nope, the lady... made a tall instead of a trenta and got attitude with me when I pointed it out. She actually started putting water in the cup. Iasked her not to put water in it and I guess that was too much for her. The "manager" finished making my drink. Needless to sayit was awful. Read more

So this review is for the other one close to Gate 40.... That Starbucks is the worst run, worst operatedStarbucks I've ever been to. No one was paying attention while 10 sandwich orders came through and when people started askingabout it, they started pulling tabs of the machine, and all the sandwich orders started popping out of the machine. Then, oneguy started stuffing the oven full of way too many sandwiches and kept having to put them back in because they weren't cooking.There were way too many people there. I know it's a training issue but it made the people there look absolutely incompetent.Someone go do some proper training here. Read more
