I was very happy with the efficiency of the takeout process. From ordering on the phone, to parking in the designated pick up... stalls, to walking in and paying for my order. CPK definitely has this down. There was very minimal wait time and the processwas super easy. The customer service was also very friendly on both the phone and when I went inside to pay. I was disappointed,however, in the quality of the food. My food was so over cooked it was unpleasant to eat. I was also disappointed in the size ofthe pizza. The pizzas were pretty small compared to the price. Definitely not worth the price for this pizza because of thetaste and size. Read more
Mom's 85th Bday party of 13....I think our waiter was new... inexperienced or overwhelmed cause he stayed away more then he... serviced us... had to walk up to the counter a few times to ask for napkins... water...etc! couldn't keep up with us lol... Overall not a bad experience, but compared to my visit to another location in Virginia, it was not the same great experience. My... server Sami was very nice and her customer service was good. The restaurant was not packed at all, so it was kind of annoyingthat our drink from the bar took quite a while to get to us. Our food was prompt and came out nice and hot. My only issue withthe food was that they ran out of regular pepperoni, just think that is something a pizza place should not run out of. All inall I like it and would come back. Read more
Uhhh halfway thru my salad I found this not so delicious morsel of plastic! So glad I didn't chomp too hard on it! Could have... caused some serious damage! It's a $20 salad so I'm debating whether to just finish it hoping for no more surprises? Or cut mylosses and chuck it? ???? Food usually good, cashiers and servers pleasant. Good location. Read more
