This was the Dunkin donuts I've been too. 3/4 of the restaurant is closed, so you can't sit inside. There are no donuts on... display and when I asked why that section was closed the worker was rude. Saying "they don't have the staff, to keep that sideopen. " He seemed upset and said it "was not their fault, they just don't have the staff". I was told I would have to throughthe drive through. I did, and when I tried to order what I wanted they told me "they were out of stock". This for a croissantsandwich, at like 10:00 am. They were out of a bunch of other things also. No apologies for any of this trouble, so thecustomer service was really lacking. I won't be coming back to the location. Read more
Absolutely worst run Dunkin I?ve ever been too. Expect a 1 hour plus wait through the drive thru, they always have the lobby... closed, and their latte machine is always down. Oh did I mention they put sweet tea in my pumpkin cold brew instead of coffee? Ialmost threw up. Read more

I?m so happy with my experience today. Upon arrival, the line was moderately long, but it moved fast. When I ordered, the woman... at the register was so friendly and she even told me about a promotion going on for the drink I ordered. I originally ordered asmall pumpkin spice latte, but she informed me that with the special, the medium pumpkin spice latte?s were actually cheaper.I?m glad she save me a few dollars.
