Ordered a mini spicy garlic chicken plate and the chicken was super thick! Really nice and crispy, not very spicy but still... good! The Mac salad isn?t the best but it?s not bad. Will definitely order from here again! Read more
They have changed ownership since we visited them last year. There is no longer space to eat inside. They have small tables... outside. The food was good, I enjoyed the mochiko chicken. The garlic chicken was a little too crispy but my wife liked thehoisin sauce spare ribs. Read more

They recently completed renovations a couple of months ago? and everything looks great with digital screen menus and a take-out... only counter! The dining area with sit down tables is no longer available so the space is smaller, but it seems like it?s howfood places are doing it now with customer safety in mind. You could easily order online but we decided on the spot to justorder there... good to know for the next time we plan ahead. We usually get their pastele stew (super hearty and chunky) andbalance it with the sweeter squid luau, but this time tried some new items like Cold Ginger Ahi (seared! or can be fully cooked)and Hoisin glazed ribs. SOOO yummy!!! My family also got some favorites like mochiko chicken and a combo plate of mahi withgarlic creme sauce + garlic chicken. We should have gotten one less plate because there was so much food, but plenty ofleftovers for later! Pricing seems to be pretty comparable to other restaurants, but we got fresh fish (not frozen, I asked!)and really tasty items so everything is worth the value we paid. I can?t think of many other places that offer a great mix oflocal dishes that?ll satisfy all our preferences in the Kapolei area. Since the space is smaller, we followed social distanceguides and waited to go inside to order, then chose to wait outside while the food was being prepared. There is outside seatingand tables if you want to eat right away, but it looks like it?s not part of En Fuego so anyone can sit but we took our food togo. They gave all the individually wrapped utensils and napkins so we enjoyed as soon as we got home. Read more
