Went to this McDonald's waited at the register for 15 minutes. 4 people working at drive thru and serving. I made a complaint... with manager she wouldn't give me her name when I asked her for the complaint number she gave me a bogus number and wouldn't getmy order. This was a nice McDonald's. Fast service even though they were very busy. But most importantly , when we realized that we... lost a credit card and returned, they were very helpful in helping to try and retrieve it. We couldn't find it . Then as wewere in our car getting ready to leave the Manager came running out with the card. Some fine oerson found it on the table andreturned it to the manager. I ordered a bacon querter pound cheese burger at counter, but small, thin, unshaven man said that he couldn't understand my... pronunciation, but another employee came and understood it immediately and took my order. I feel bad because I feel like I'vebeen subjected to some kind of racism by deliberately pretending not to understand the pronunciation of a foreigner.
