This place is dirty, floor and tables. The employees are young teenagers and not paying attention to the orders. We order our... ice creams and they are all soft, almost runny ice cream. We always order an ice cream cake for my sons birthday here, and usually no problems and tastes great.This time despite ordering... online days in advance we show up a half hour after our scheduled pickup time and the cake isn't ready.The girl working theresays to come back in an hour.We don't live all that close to the store, so this made me annoyed.When I told her we'd just takeone from the case instead she changed the story and said she'd get it done in 15 mins. Meanwhile we'd just gone to the grocerystore and had frozen items thawing in the trunk.It looked fine-not great but okay.However, the taste..I don't know if BR haschanged ingredients in the icing and decorative elements but it is usually creamy and a little sweet. This time the decorativebits and icing had a bitter, chemical taste besides the icing being very bland otherwise, none of that creamy taste we used tolove.I don't know if we'd get a cake from here again honestly.Sad because we used to love them.
