This was a fun place to go to, especially with the kids (they loved watching the ice cream be made). What we ordered tasted... good. Only not 5 stars because it is kind of pricey, but it's more for the experience. Read more
It was our first time in here. The staff ignored us, we were helped by someone who came from the back. I ordered the affogato,... but they forgot the espresso and the toppings, but the vanilla bean ice cream was good. My son got the chocolate overload whichwasn?t bad but it he likes dark chocolate. We brought home sea salt caramel which is our favorite. The nitro experience is whyit got two stars. If I tried it again I would go to another location to see if the staff was friendlier. For three cup icecreams it was $28 and two pints that I brought home was about $24. Read more
Probably not gonna come back to this location. They said they were understaffed but I didn't get how bad things were. Staff... looked pretty harried. Ordered two regular ice creams. Our turn came after 5 min as there were 2 people ahead of us. Order nowas 144. Ongoing order was 138. The tables we sat on weren't wiped down and had various deposits courtesy of previous occupants.We got our first cup after 19 minutes. The second one came after a further 6 or so min as order 147 was also being served.Nobody wants to spend over half an hour at an ice cream shop for a to go order on a Sunday night.
