This location and the lack of professionalism and customer service never ceases to amaze me. I have ALWAYS been such a fan of DQ... and the fact I live across the street was a highlight so I thought. I work as a constable, my shift had ended my shift and Istopped at this location as it shows they do not close until 11pm. I arrived at 10:26pm and was advised by a young man that theywere closed, I expressed that their HOOPs state they do not close until 11pm. He proceeded to say that they cut everything offso they are close. If this is the case I advise this establishment to adjust their hours and ensure it reflects appropriatelyacross their website, google, yelp, etc. This is false advertisement and honestly very poor business practice. I was a GM ofSonic Drive-In for almost 8 years and if we closed at 12am, we were obligated to take orders until that time (despite if we'vecleaned or not). I don't foresee the store manager taking any action and they're pretty defensive towards paying and loyalcustomers so I will be escalating to corporate. Read more

Today I was reminded of why I never visit DQ anymore. Drive thru experience always begins with a energetic or happy person... talking through the little box but that wasn?t the case today or really any time I?ve been through this drive thru. Then get tothe window, I had to remind the person with whom I ordered from what I needed to complete my order. Now the food. Half way homeI realize that my strawberry shake is flooding my cup holder with strawberry milk. I have to pull over, reseal the lid, grab the2 napkins I was provided and begin soaking up the mess that was presumably from over filling the cup and placing the lid on top.Get home, bring everything inside, go back to clean my cup holders because sugar will ruin the inside of a car quick. Get backinside to find 3 steak fingers not 6, mushy cold fries(not from my 5 min cleaning) and only 1/2 of a cup of gravy when I ordered2. Normally when I?ve visited this location in the past it?s with my daughter to get a blizzard but of the last 10 times in thelast 2 years I?d say 8 of them they were out of ice cream. This trip was a reminder that nobody from this store including themanager and owner really care about their customers. And it was evident from the line around the corner waiting for PandaExpress and zero line at DQ during peak lunch hours. Even the Burger King had a long line. Please DQ, get better staff and workon building customer relations because I miss your food. Read more

My girlfriend asked for a small shake and the woman who took our order rudely said they only have medium or large in a rude... condescending tone. I feel like it was uncalled for and we were confused asking if you offered a small size. Just because shehates her job at Dairy Queen doesn't mean we should have to deal with the rude attitude. Shouldn't have to worry that someone isgoing to spit in our food just because we showed up an hour before closing for some ice-cream. Read more

Came here for the 1st and it will be the last time. Ordered chicken basket and burger. Once the chicken basket came out the... person dropped it and then they made me another order (ok no big deal). Well after 20 min of waiting I got the chicken basketbut they said they didn?t have gravy. The gravy they had in the back did not look good and If I wanted to see it I could just tosee if I wanted it. WTH!! Never again will I come here Read more

Went tonight to get 3 Blizzards . Walked in and ordered. About 5 minutes later a family of 4 comes in and ordered . Then... about 3 minutes after a family of 7 come in. The first family received their meal before I got my order and the next order wasalmost complete when I ask for a refund. Will not be back to this poorly managed location. If I could put no stars I would. Very disappointed Read more
