I gave 1 star to the guy that working as a manager or owner whatever. He is lazy and cheating on me all the time. I always... bought cakes from that store for my kids's birthday or my employee's birthday. When I was asking if he can write a happy on thecake and he always made an excuse. Last 2 weeks I bought a big cake with strawberry on the top and asked him to write the sign,he told me " I couldn't write it because of the strawberry on top", okay It was skipped. The second time I was asking him towrite and he told me " your cake has pecan on the top so I couldn't write ". Today I stopped by to get a cake for my employee'sbirthday, I got a cookie and cream cake with nothing on the top so I was nicely asked him if he can help me to write happybirthday? He told me " your cake is too small for me to write it on". I was so upset and told him why he always had an excuse tohelp customers? He turned around and raise his voice. He told me " okay I can write for you but if the words are turning out notnice so it is gonna be my fault ". What is a bad customers services? Do your self a favor and drive to the Grand Parkway location! This particular location on FM 1463 is WAY overcharged and under... served. I fell in love with the quality, amount of product served, and customer service at 5434 W Grand Parkway. They give you aFULL container of well mixed on the marble slab, fresh ice cream, plenty of mix-ins, a freshly made waffle bowl, should youchoose that or a cone. The ice cream and the waffle bowl are in their respective containers. Now, let?s go back to FM 1463location. First off, the man and woman running the place were extremely rude to each other upon walking in. The lady is steadilysweeping all around me while I?m trying to decide, slamming chairs so loudly, screeching the legs of the chairs across thefloor, I thought my ears were about to start bleeding. I then look down and I have dirt on my feet, mind you I?m wearing flipflops. Great cleaning and customer service. To round out this whole ordeal and make this trip even more less enjoyable, thewaffle bowl was already in the paper holder and when the ice cream was mixed.guy proceeded to crush the entire sides and top tomake the lid fit.
