Reviews are accurate. We love Marcos pizza but normally go to another location. This one happened to be on the way home so tried... it out and never again. Several employees working and I was the only one in the store and still was not acknowledged and had towait for assistance quite a while. 2 employees were eating on the pizza line so can?t say they were busy. Same qualityingredients but definitely not made the same. Over cooked and under topped. Would prefer to drive out of the way in the future.Waste of money Read more
If I could give them ZERO Stars I most certainly would. I called in and apparently spoke to some child about how there were sooo... many onions on my pizza when it was requested not to have any. Only to be told that they weren't able to replace the pizza aftergetting the order no. Terrible customer service and I will no longer purchase anything from this particular location. Such a ripoff, especially with as expensive as the pizza was. Pizza had more onions than anything else on it. So sad. Get your stufftogether! I ordered 2 large pizza with white sauce thru the app for delivery and received regular sauce. Due to me shopping with this... same location for over a year now I thought they would just remake the pizza since my receipt says white sauce, but instead whenspeaking to the manager Kristy she laughed and said they don?t remake piazza?s and hung up. This is completely unacceptableespecially since I have my receipt and a full uneaten pizza to give back for the correct one. Great pizza, especially for the price point. And it always comes super fast. Like 20 mins. The pizza itself is a little greasy,... but it's really good for a discount chain store. The pepperoni is really good, and always crispy. The only complaints I haveare minor- they've forgotten to cut our pizza a couple times. And sometimes even when it's cut, it's not cut all the waythrough. Same thing with the sides and dessert as well. And we didn't order from them for a while because their website randomlydecided one day that they couldn't deliver to our address, despite the fact we had gotten delivery from them before, and that weonly live 1.5 miles away.
