Found this hidden gem from a coupon on the back of an H?E?B receipt! It?s been my go to place in Katy ever since. Can?t even... think about ordering from the chain pizza restaurants in the area, I?d rather hop in my car and pick it up fresh. Plus the priceis better. This is the way pizza should be made!!! Let me start by saying that I frequently visited this restaurant when I worked in Katy and every chance that I get, I try to... stop by. Today I had a bad experience with Juana. She was pleasant until I asked her if she could put on gloves when adding thetoppings to my pizza. That's disgusting! She took the box of gloves from the window near by and then proceeded to walk to theback with box. She came out a short time later with the gloves on. She began to slam the pizza rack down, slammed the oven doorand appeared upset because I asked her to wear gloves. She put the pizza in the oven and did not cone back out. These are peoplewho should not being dealing with customers and I will never visit this restaurant again. Please provide Juana with training oncustomer service and sanitation. Read more
