A dozen bites of "oh, hell yes." Dressed up plant based dishes with amazing sauces. My family loved it. The Nashville sandwich... will make your nose run but your taste buds will be so grateful. My husband and I came all the way from North Carolina and let me tell you....it was such a pleasant surprise to come here and... find VEGAN FAST FOOD!! All our places close at like 7PM lol!! Project Pollo was absolutely amazing, but Ashley and Zoe made ourexperience so much better!!! We got the Loaded Papas, Nashville Hot Chik'n Sandwich, and the Cheez Burger (w/ a Chik'n Pattyadded)...and Ashley threw in a Red Velvet milkshake just because it was my birthday!!!
