I have gone to this gas station store several times and I have never received correct change back. Always a couple dollars... short. I am very disappointed as it seems I have been ripped off every time I have gone in. I?ve also noticed many items do nothave prices which is very inconvenient and the fact that they don?t give receipts, kinda is off putting. I will not bereturning. First time, I looked past it but now, tonight being the third time this happens I can?t anymore. Please do better,train employees to count change accurately. BEWARE! Since I exclusively use Shell gasoline, I was excited when this place opened as the location is convenient. They did... good business for a while until they began turning off the pumps. Now they usually require you to pay inside and say they can'tturn the pumps on. I have experienced this with three Shell stations in Katy. I suspect they are skimming but am concernedthey may be gathering credit card information. After exclusively using Shell gasoline for many years, I will now be using theChevron up the road.
