My first time there, last Saturday.. I really enjoyed a lot, the food was delicious, the service really good, I don’t remember... her name but she is Cuban, super nice and attentive, the chef Luis Semprun went to say hello.. really really i enjoyed thefood.. tequeños amazing, perrito caraqueño, cachapa and tostones.. el vuelve a la vida espectacular.. AVOID this place for Sunday Fun Day. I had been looking forward to going to this place for over a year because I’ve only heard... good things about the hype of this place. As the name in front of the place suggests, this is a BAR and not a restaurant. Thisplace was so far off from being a Bar on Sunday mid-day that I was very thrown off. The staff only keep to themselves so it verydifficult to get service. Cocktails are just juice so i switched to beer. Today, September 9th, 2022, we ordered two cachapas. We had to wait like 45 minutes, looking how other people arrived and got... their food very fast. The worst part was that the cachapas were kind of warm, and they looked like reheated and dry. Verydisappointing and very sad how a restaurant that used to serve very good food, went South. Nothing to do to what we were used toin this restaurant. Luckily we didn't invite anybody to taste Venezuelan food this time... that would have been veryembarrassing. Waiters were kind but they do not keep track of what is going on with the food, and never show up again to see ifwe needed anything, so 0.00 points this time. This was my first visit to Shevere and I truly enjoyed the vibe. It was for a surprise birthday party and the staff were... extremely attentive and made sure we all had a good time. We were out on the enclosed patio area for most of the night but endedup going inside for some salsa dancing. A great time was had by all. I will definitely go back!! Read more
