Terrible customer service. The barista was on her cell phone the entire time, used the pike place grounds when I requested... blonde, made my pour over through the brewing machine, and used entirely too many grounds! Unbelievable! If I didn't happen tolike strong coffee this would not be tolerable, and it's definitely not the starbucks pour over I know and love.
