Beware ordering online! 3rd time in a row my bowl did not have the ordered cheese. This time, I opened the bowl at the store... and checked and when I told the employee it was missing the cheese he repeatedly lied and told me he cut it up in small pieces,he also insulted and swore at me! Discussed situation over the phone with the manager and she was condescending anddisinterested. Clearly if you are not ordering in store and watching to make sure you are getting what you paid for, thisSubway is managed to intentionally withhold paid for products to improve their bottom line ? bottom line, we will never spendour hard earned money at this Subway and I?d advise you to do the same! Terrible customer service. Made an order on the app. Restaurant called me to let me know they are cancelling the order because... they are out of bread. I needed to make another order on the app, so I waited for a while for them to cancel the order, thencalled them. They said they'll cancel the order. The young man was by himself.. which I get short staffed.. but he was very rude, had AirPods in his ear and kept telling me he... couldn?t hear me?. My bread was torn up?. One sandwich only had a couple meatballs per side?. I was not charged correctly? theTuesday special was 6.50 oven roasted.. so I had one of those and a foot long meatball meal ? he charged the chicken as the mealinstead of by itself and the meatball as the individual, voiding out any discount I should have received? this is why subway isgoing out of business?.
