If I could give a zero I definitely would. And I plan on posting reviews everywhere and what?s even more sad is the lack of... simple common courtesy and customer service. I ordered through Doordash. My order was $68 and took an hour and 30 minutes to beready to be delivered. Upon receiving my order not only was the food cold but 3 items were missing, an entree and 2 desserts.And the food was cold. I called the restaurant to advise them that some items from my order were missing and the young ladytells me that they ran out of the dessert that I ordered, so she told the driver to tell me, but the driver sad nothing andcouldn?t speak English. She said I can call doordash myself and get my money back( Lack of customer service) each merchant has atablet from DOORDASH with the simple ability to click a button within the customers order to either notify the customer or chatwith doordash. Or they could have even removed the items that they ran out of and credited me my money back. Or just calleddoordash. On top of that the wings weren?t the favor I selected so she tells me that when the ticket prints out it will list allthe favors they have so they don?t know what favor to put on the wings. Soooo you couldn?t use your hands to call the customerand ask? I guess that was too much to ask. She then goes on to tell me that the missing entree I can come to the restaurantmyself and pick it up after I paid for delivery. The purpose of ordering was not to have to leave my home. That?s a reason whymany customers use doordash. Again lack of customer service all she could have done was called DOORDASH and they would have dida another delivery. Especially if the error is on the restaurants end so no accountability along with customer service. I guessthat makes sense somewhere. So I drove to the restaurant for the young lady with no common sense to tell me that they can?t takefood back that has left their restaurant. Nice place the bartenders were very attentive to me and my wife. Very friendly and helpful. But some of the other employees... should relax a little. Customer service is always key. So besides the way we were told we need to move. We will be back. Weunderstand business. ?? Read more
Beware this place adds 20% automatic gratuity without letting you know for 2 people dinning in. We saw our waitress one time and... had to look and flag her down a few other times (mind you we were only couple in establishment at the time). This is not goodknowing that your waitress knows they are making 20% off what you spend no matter their service. Service was horrible, willnever spend my money or time here again. My other experiences (orders) have been drive thru. But the dining in experience hasruined that. Read more
