Rice was not cooked thoroughly. Thought it was maybe just a few spoons of rice that I got a bad batch of but my coworkers rice... was also crunchy . Chicken was decent but it was cold in the middle. The potstickers and the crab Rangoon were great tho .Don?t think I?ll ever come back. Read more

I LOVE spicy food so I had to try the Mad Spicy chicken bowl. The food was hot and fresh. The taste, the chicken tasted very... Smokey, the spice level was medium. My husband got a Large chicken teriyaki bowl. The large is very large. Could easily beshared by two people or one very hungry person. 1.0 star rating8/15/2021 Looked on yelp and saw that this place has great reviews, but after ordering and on my way to pick up... the food, got a call that they were all out of fried rice and ask to supplement another type of side. I had white rice on oneand noodles on the other, but instead they just used brown rice to pass it off as fried rice and was not good at all, verytasteless, had a cardboard box taste to it. The ice machine for the beverage was also out. My experience was not pleasant at all. I was told my food was pick up by Door Dash on accident. The workers had to call the... owner before they were able to recook my food. Then the owner shows up saying how the workers always make mistakes and nevertell the truth about what happened. My food was mediocre at best. My husband and daughter both said how terrible it was. As anowner of a business I would never talk down about my employees to a customer. If there?s areas of opportunity for improvementthan it?s the owners responsibility to make sure the employees are trained well. To have a customer have to wait for the ownerto run her tapes back before the customer food can be redone is the craziest thing I have ever seen. Then have to wait for thefood to be recooked.
