Came in for the first time. We were greeted at the door and introduced to their concept/menu. Ordering was quick and easy. ... Grabbed our drinks and sat down. Our food was brought to us pretty quickly. Maybe about 5 minutes? Fries were great. Crispy onthe outside but still airy on the inside. Light seasoning. Tenders were all large. Really juicy inside. Breading was crisp butnot too crunchy. Waffles were great. Ribs very tender, easily separated from the bone. Probably 4 different employees came byto check on us throughout our meal. Since it was our first time they brought us some sample bites of dessert. Great food andexperience all around! Read more

This place was great! We got the family pack which was too much for even our family of four. The chicken has a light beer batter... coating with an amazing flavor. The staff was polite and attentive. They even gave us a sample of the dessert! I can't wait togo back and try some of the hotter chicken. Read more
Me and my boyfriend was looking for good food in the Katy area and we came across Cookshack and let me tell you, we are so glad... we came here! It was an amazing experience from the amazing customer service to the AMAZING food! It was a very clean and neatenvironment. We ordered the chicken and waffles with baked Mac and cheese and we both agreed that it was love at first bite! Thechicken tenders were crispy and seasoned to perfection, the mac and cheese was amazing super cheesy how I like it and don?t getme started on the waffles with the cinnamon butter! Everything was just amazing. It?s definitely that comfort food similar tothat comfort food you get when you go to grandma house. We loved it and had a great time we will definitely be back. Read more

We went to try this place since we saw it recently opened, and it didn't disappoint at all. The service and food was absolutely... amazing. Someone came to our table like 4 times to see if everything was okay. This doesn't usually happen when you order atthe counter. Excellent customer service. We ordered ribs, chicken tenders, and some dragon fries. If you don't like spicy don'torder Texas hot or the dragon fries. However, we enjoyed the heat on both. The ribs were fall off the bone and the flavor wasperfect. The tenders are bigger than normal tenders, and so juicy on the inside. I recommended this place to family as soon asI left. Read more
