So my husband ordered a burger from the DQ on kaufman? I should?ve learned my lesson when they took 30 minutes to get me a salad... last week but wanted to give another chance? If you want to wait 30 minutes for a chicken salad when you?re the only person in the lobby, come here. Workers kept going in... and out the main door yet didn?t see me sitting waiting for my food until 30 minutes after I placed my order? All they did wasapologize, and the one that cooked the food brought it to me and blamed it on the supervisors? I ordered a four piece steak finger combo, large drink and large fries. A six piece chicken strip combo, also large drink and... large fries. As well as an extra order of toast, and two extra sides of gravy. Was reassured everything was in the bag before Ileft, drove the 20 minutes home and when I pulled the food out, I?m missing the extra gravy. Not too serious; don?t mind. Thenwhen I open the box for my chicken combo; an entire order of fries are missing as well. So I try calling. Nothing the firsttime. I tried calling two more times; all the times waiting until the little beeps that come from the voicemail. Nothing. I?m abit upset because it?s wasted money and it isn?t that easy of a mistake. The steak finger combo had fries so how do they missputting fries in the chicken combo??? At the very least, answer the phone when they?re being called? And don?t reassure theentire order is there when you clearly aren?t sure yourself? I?ll say they had amazing customer service up until this point.
