The food and the ice cream were very good. But it took a ridiculous amount of time to get our food. We ordered two burgers and... one fry and waited 30 minutes to get it. Then we ordered 3 pints of ice cream to go and waited another 20 minutes to get that. Read more
This place is awesome. First of all, the burgers taste like a better version of something I'd make at home for a 4th of July... cookout. The ice cream makes me think I'm sitting on a porch swing at the dairy farm eating homemade ice cream. Not to mentionthey have alcoholic ice cream flavors! The server I had was absolutely wonderful. To any detour staff reading this review,please take note of how Elizabeth M. treats the customers. THIS GIRL DESERVES A RAISE!!!! As I sat there waiting for my food, Iwatched her come in and out of the restaurant with a smile never leaving her face.
