If I could give this restaurant, no stars I would but unfortunately that is not an option. Majority of the management here is... rude as hell, including Sonia. My food is always thrown and instead of apologizing or trying to fix the situation they let it beknown that it is thrown in the bag in a dirty bag at that that their hands touch when opening them and they always have anattitude definitely will be calling corporate like I should have done a long time ago Read more

Okay, I'm going to tell you a story, my girlfriend was working there for the past month or so and just quit and let me tell you... why. She started out just looking for a job she could get into and got into something horrible. The manager sits back in heroffice talking with the other employees gossiping about her while she is over at the window taking orders and caring cleaningbuckets around. She had to clean every day after work because they were supposed to rotate cleaning, but they never did. Sheended up having to stay late to clean because they wouldn't let her leave until she finished. She was also the only persontaking out the trash. To top it off, her final week working there they accused her of stealing 50 dollars. One of the otheremployees, bought a dog worth 50 dollars that same day. On top of that he carried that dog through the kitchen where you eatyour food and put it in the Manager's office. Probably the worst management and staffing I've seen at any place. This is the absolute worst jack in the box I have been to in the Dallas/Fort worth area. Just 30 to 45 min east of Dallas into... Kaufman, Tx and you will be highly disappointed by their lack of customer service to their food. And if you wanted a sauce withyour meal you best be ready to pay for it. Read more
