Monday, September 26th, at approx 310pm, not many people in the bar. We went in to eat. One of the two greeted us walking in. ... We sat at the bar, about 10 feet from the two female bartenders. One on her phone showing the other bartender somethingscrolling and chatting with each other. Finally we thought okay we'll give them a minute. One looking at the others phone hada drink in her hand sipping and looking at us and back to the phone. I must start this review with I ABSOLUTELY love this place for the environment and the staff. The drinks are well made as well,... never a complaint when they know how to make an excellent long island, the only complaint I had was the food. I ordered theroasted chicken and then the steak the last time I was there. While the wings and pizza are amazing and truly something toorder. The roast chicken breading is amazing just needs salt, seasoning, and less oil. The steak, on the other hand, was cookedto perfection! While it still could use a bit of seasoning, having it cooked to perfection was a treat. I will say that paying$30+ for a steak I would almost expect some slight seasoning. I?m hoping the new owners will read this review and tweak the menuto make these dishes superb! Also, shout out to our waitress Jamie! She is a treat (especially to deal with a slight razzingfrom my father, which she promptly and respectfully put him in his place. If you know anything about our family you would knowis an amazing quality to have in a waitress!) Looking forward to going there again and to seeing what the new owners do toimprove the place! The food is always pretty good ,the service is kind of slow ,so if you're in a hurry not a good place, But I think there's new... people training too.Went there last night. We had a drink right away And from that point on the service was gone... We went andpaid for our drinks and left, we were planning on eating there but gave up on it. They just don't have enough people to run theplace.Also new menu with higher prices. Changing from 4 stars down to 2. Big Disappointment. Read more

Disappointed in service!! Ordered house wines, but we were overcharged as they must have given us 'higher end' wine. Not about... the actual money because it was $8 vs $6. (Yes we can afford $8 wine but this is a bar/pub!) Bartender was totally rude andbasically said "too bad...you had the $8 wine"...and walked away! I would have been good with a drink chip for next time! Noexcuse for that kind of customer service. Hope he isn't the owner or bar manager. Read more
