Pizza finally arrived 50 minutes after getting a text saying it was out for delivery. They use doordash for delivery now which... is very disappointing and incredibly foolish considering how horrible doordash is as a delivery service. We've had greatexperiences with delivery until now. Stop using doordash. Read more

We had quite disappointing experience with Pizza Hut tonight, and are very frustrated. My grandma put in an order for pizza... tonight and got a text that the order had been confirmed shortly after. A little while later she got a text saying it was outfor delivery. We sat around and waited for 40 minutes and no one came. Finally my grandma called Pizza Hut, and they explainedto her that the driver had cancelled and you no longer have drivers now. They said they were working on getting drivers anddidn?t know when the pizza would arrive, that it could be as late as 10:00. She ordered the pizzas around 5:30, and we weretold we now have to wait till 10:00 or 10:30. That?s almost a 5 hour waiting period! I understand being low staffed. But, whatI want to know is why Pizza Hut never felt the need to call us and let us know about the situation? We would have had time toplan something else to eat and wouldn?t be sitting around hungry. If you have no drivers, maybe you shouldn?t be acceptingorders. I can?t believe how poorly this situation was handled. Read more
Pizza was cold when it was finally delivered, almost 40 minutes after the text message that said it was out for delivery. We... only live a few minutes away, and our address is easy to find. If they are going to charge a $4 delivery fee on top of the tip,it should at least be warm when it arrives. Read more
