Gets super busy during after school times like 1-4pm. Drive thru or mobile order is your best bet.
Always gets my order right. Staff is friendly and helpful. I've always gotten my food fresh and hot. The few times I have gone I... did not have to wait long in the drive through lines. I would recommend this McDonald's. Read more
The best thing about going to McDonald's here in Keaau is that you don't have to wait that long at 5:30 p.m. on a Thursday in... the Drive-Thru. It probably took 10 minutes. And in Hilo it would take 1 hour. Read more
