This is NOT an authentic Japanese restaurant. Although the indoor decor might look authentic, the rest is not. We ordered the... fried tofu and two tenshoku sets. Here are some of the not so authentic things: - The sets have sashimi but no soy sauce untilwe asked - BBQ beef was cold - The side dishes are not really Japanese side dishes - Miso soup is bland, with no seaweed ortofu - Fried fish tasted poorly - Rice is undercooked - Napkins are used instead of special oil absorbing sheets On top of thefood disaster, they also have a chain at the entrance and exit. You have to wait until the waitress/waiter to let you in, whichfeels a bit unwelcoming. Read more
