When we first entered the restaurant, we were greeted poorly. Our waitress Christina was very rude. She began to walk away in... the middle of us ordering our food, had absolutely NO manners at all, huffed and puffed when we made any requests (asking forsauce or a to-go box), and brought our bottled water way after we had finished eating and had already gotten the bill. We heard BWW was under new management so decided to give it a try. We were pleasantly surprised. The food was very good, the... service was fast and they were very busy. I NEVER, wrote reviews! But after getting home with our food. It was horrible, cold, crunchy and hard fries. Two of burgers,... were completely made wrong according to what we asked to have on them. We spent 78 dollars to receive food I wouldn?t feed mydog. This is the 3rd time we have eaten at the Kearney location, and I would have to say, it?s gotten progressively worse.First time, we had some issues, but wasn?t too bad. Will never go back. The food is always mediocre and cold. If you get your food.. which we didn't last time because the kitchen... forgot to make my husband's order, or like when we went today and they served my pizza without all the ingredients and didn'tsay anything until I asked. The hostess was doing her homework in the dining area, waitress was eating while serving and thebartender was never behind the bar.
