a week ago I went to buy acai (I only ate the acai from here because it was the only place I liked) this time the girls who were... there were not helpful or understanding at all, the acai they sold me was completely different from usual the girl told me thatit was because they had changed brands BUT NOBODY TOLD ME ABOUT THAT, if I had known I would not have bought it, it is extrasweet and as usual I asked for condensed milk on the side because the acai from before was not like that, it got worse it was sosweet that you couldn't eat it I asked the girl if she could change it for something different, I couldn't eat that acai, shetold me YOU HAVE TO PAY ANYTHING with a sarcastic attitude, I'm not looking to solve any problem or do feel better for theclient and she told me ?oh, I just work here, I can't do anything?. After two months of having a poor experience with this place I decided to give it another chance. Smoothies were good, but the... poor customer service by immature staff continues. I got questioned with such anger by the girl in the back when I received myorder how I still came over there to make an order after my review. The issue was never the food, it?s the people behind it thatare preparing it. My beliefs is everything and everyone deserves another chance no matter the situation, it might?ve been a badday, who knows. After upsetting the poor girl she just went back to work which I admired because that should be thefocus! Customer obsession is something that I?d like to see this place focus on. Honestly, this is the only place where I get my Açai Bowl on. One of coolest places ever to hang especially after a rough BJJ... training session. Love the vibe and the music they play in there. The people that run it are always more than friendly than mein taking my order and providing with top notch customer service. The food is out of this world. All their bowls are delicious,the pastries are phenomenal, and boy do I love those sandwiches. It's a no brainer why everyone comes here. Definitely the placeto be.
