There?s no real way to start this review except by saying this ?Que deserves a 6 Star review, and should have a 3 Star Michelin... rating. This ?Que is well worth making a special journey for to experience this exceptional food! Best BBQ this side of theRaritan and Passaic Rivers! Dan and Kate have a well oiled smoking machine (3 really) and business going on in Green Brook NJ.The smoke welcomes you as you get out of your car and follows you all the way home, but you don?t have to take my word for it.Come for the meats and stay for amazing conversations with Dan and the rest of the Red White & Que Crew! Delicious!! So much meat and the taste is smooth and amazing. We ordered pulled pork sandwich and brisket sandwich. Wow!!... Briskets rub has a small amount of heat but so good. Pork like butter to bite! Tasty and mouthwatering good Kate and Dan knockit out of the park! Delicious bbq that was needed in this area. The Mac and cheese was so good!
