I went with my friends and we all ordered different tres leches cakes and they were all so delicious but very sweet however we... also got drinks which weren?t as sweet and they balanced each other out really well it is also decorated really nicely insideand the staff is friendly, will definitely come again :)) Read more
I wish I can give them less 1 star . This was a custom cake I ordered Karinnne the store manager took my order it was an eggless... cake with chocolate ganache and cherry filling. Specifically mentioned the cake was for a 40th bday and this is what was madethat looks like a circus tent. ???? not oy that I was charged extra for the cherry filling that was never there. Had to buy adifferent cake from whole foods to save my party. If u r placing an order there do it at ur own risk as thy end up making a jokeof ur celebration. Read more
This place is HORRIBLE. The staff unprofessional. Over the weekend i hosted my sisters bridal shower in the poconos and picked... up 2 tres leches cakes before heading 2 hours away. Well I?m a home cook/ baker just thought it?d be easier to buy cakes witheverything else i had to do. Well when i got to the poconos the milk from the cakes leaked all over my back car seat. They needto re-evaluate the containers they?re using for these heavy cakes because it?s straight asinine. They?re using thin flimsy clearplastic containers that you should be putting a salad in. They say common sense isn?t so common and they?re right about that!!!They told me how to ?carry? the bag but not how to ?transport? it; if they have to say anything at all they KNOW of the flaw andit has had to give other people issues. And the person who answered the phone claiming to be ?the owner? was a completely rudeand disrespectful person, someone I?d definitely be firing. They basically told me to screw off and hung up on me. I know A LOTOF people and I?m going to make it my business to put this place out of business. If i could give negative stars I would.Absolutely no sense of customer service. 100% contacting my bank to dismiss this charge and I?ll be contacting the betterbusiness bureau because this ?owner? is a disgrace to small business owners. Also sharing this review to ALL social mediaplatforms; don?t act a fool unless you want to be embarrassed like one. You should not be an open and running business.
