This is not the first bad experience at this Sonic in Keene. Today, Sunday October 23 at 12:50 pm. We pulled in to stall 26 and... sat for 10 minutes without being acknowledged. So we decided to go through the drive thru. Sat another 10 minutes. Then driveon up and the young girl asked us what we wanted. All we wanted was 2 large drinks. We saw the drinks sitting on the counterand the young lady looked right at us and went somewhere else. So needless to say, we left without our drinks. We will never beback here. Read more
Was door dashing and got there to see two girls out side smoking in the back. Three cars waiting they didn't even know about are... order or the three cars. Then after making the drink, waits 20min after going out side to BS with two kids to tell me there's noorder... just sad Read more
This Sonic has the worst service! Every time I go, I wait 10 minutes plus for just simple drinks. They only work quicker if you... go right to the standard drive through. Today I thought I?d give them a second chance and I ordered at the drive up spots, after10 minutes of waiting I pushed the red button to ask if my drinks were coming, they said they would be right there, afteranother 5 minutes they came with someone else?s order. I walked up and they didn?t know anything about my order and ended upgiving me the wrong ice cream and drink. Will never go back. Read more
There was one piece of bacon on my BLT, toast was burnt and my fries were cold and stale. Sonic in Keene is TRASH! I worked for... sonic for 5 years... very disappointing! Read more
