Worst Starbucks!! They close early all the time, and they never have the lobby open!! Six people at work and they talk about a... labor shortage!?! Now they don't even use that excuse, it's just closed...I don't care how "friendly" the staff is frankly!! Read more
Love my local Starbucks!! ?? ? The drinks are consistently good and the service is friendly. Even when we've had a mess-up to... our order, they always handle it. This just happened recently - two back to back mess-ups in one day actually ???? - due tostaffing issues / overworked employees. The shift supervisor (Emily) was very kind and apologized and remedied the issue to mysatisfaction. Top notch customer service!!! People are humans, not robots. Mistakes happen. But how they are handled is whatcounts! ?? Starbucks wins with their customer service and commitment to customer satisfaction. We are lacking this in so manyestablishments these days.
