Yesterday I ordered Venti drink with no whip cream and on the screen it was right. As soon as I get to the window and paid... almost $7.00 they gave me a tall drink with too much whipping cream. Such a fun time and Grace was fun and served up an excellent London fog tea latte!
Staff wasn?t very friendly this time around. The person at window didn?t attempt any conversation with us and didn?t even smile.... There looked like to be another person taking orders, besides the woman at the window, and I overheard her making fun ofcustomers drinks. I wish I got her name, but she was not nice taking the order and then making fun of them when they drove off.This isn?t okay. She looked to be 25-30?s with brown hair to her shoulders.
