Great atmosphere and good quality food in a smaller town is a great place to stop by and enjoy some different sushi, drinks and... other items. Food is made fresh tasted really good. My 10 year old daughter even enjoyed her grilled chicken and rice dish. Forme the manage vodka drink was delicious! Definitely stop by and try it out for yourself. Read more

Keller now has an upscale sushi restaurant, and it hits most of the marks right out of the gate. The neutral-color brick... building itself fits right in with the Old Town setting, but upon entering the doors, the tone immediately shifts to thepolished stone and steel environment you have likely seen at similar sushi joints in downtown Ft. Worth or Dallas. While beingushered to our table, I couldn\'t help but admire the sheer size of this place, as it seemed to go on forever. We walked pastthe sushi bar and cocktail bar, both clean, colorful, and full of employees hard at work on their respective crafts. As wewalked, we were greeted warmly by other employees, which was a nice, unexpected surprise.\n\nOur server was very friendly andhelped walk through the menu items any time that we had questions. While there were times that an empty drink went unchecked forseveral minutes, it never got too bad. The entrees, however, took a bit longer. Once they arrived, everything was platedperfectly, and looked phenomenal. The classic Alaska and Boston rolls had a good amount of flavor, but tasted like they weremissing something. We thoroughly enjoyed the Hidden Tiger roll, with a great balance of seafood, eel sauce and spicy mayo...butit was definitely the Unagi nigiri that stole my heart, as it was some of the tastiest, flakiest eel I\'ve had in quite sometime. The prices can get a bit high, as is expected for these types of places, but if you\'re coming for a fancy (orsemi-fancy) meal with friends or a date, then you will not be disappointed. Read more

The atmosphere is romantic and the bar is beautifully set up. The sushi rolls are unique and delicious. We tried the Lemon Tree... and Tokyo Mule for drinks. The Calamari rings were huge! They were tender and well seasoned with slat and pepper. We tried theHot Tushi, Spicy Girl, Hi Keto, and Hidden Tiger Maki rolls...all were delicious and we would order all 4 again! Can\'t wait togo back. Read more

We saw that Hush was officially open & wanted to check them out. After living in Japan for nearly 8 years we are pretty picky... about our sushi.\n\nThe lunch plates were delicious. Price was fair (not cheap, but reasonable). The quality of the sushi wehad was excellent. We also had the sweet cakes dessert.\n\nService was a little slow, but the waitstaff was great despite that.We attribute this to the fact it is new & everyone is getting familiar with the operation.\n\nThey have a happy hour 4-6 ( wewere there at lunch )\n\nOverall we were pretty happy with the experience and plan on going back soon!
