1st order was canceled. Store manager not knowing why. My kids at home was waiting for the food but no food was delivered.... Luckily my dad was home so he made something else for them. They told me that they will credit me $25 to my account. Thatsounds wonderful, right? Not really they did not. 2nd order got messed up. Order was 1 cheese, 2 veggies and 1 meat lover $61wad paid..... food was delivered but there was no cheese pizza which was for the kids then again no food for them. If my dad didnot referred their pizza I probably wouldn't order them. Any way I was very dissatisfied with this store. Hope I find a betterexperience for other pizza hut store. Read more
This location is absolutely horrendous!! DO NOT ORDER HERE!! Gave me the wrong order and ignored any attempt to fix it. A kid... called me from a personal cell phone to DEMAND A TIP FROM ME. Absolutely unacceptable. This company does not value its customersat all!! Read more
The food is wonderful... could use a little more toppings, however... but, otherwise the pizza always tastes great. The service... on the other hand, is horrible...particularly when they are quite busy. The order time provided by the app is inaccurate. Wewaited over 30 minutes at the store, after being notified that our pizza was ready for pick up. When we walked into therestaurant, we were told that our pizza works be out of the oven in just a few minutes... which was not correct... they havemore even started making it. Albeit, when our order did arrive, it was quite hot... so, the pizza had not been sitting in awarmer the entire time. As a result, half the groceries in the car were ruined... since the temperature was over 100 degrees.So, this trip cost us much more than the price of a pizza. Had we have been told the trurh... that our order was not prepared,we would have taken the groceries home and returned later. This should have been ac quick trip in and out, as we arrived 5minutes after being notified that our order was ready. Read more
Love this Pizza Hut location. Staff is so incredible. Picked up a to go order tonight and had a small issue the GM quickly... resolved with over the top Customer Service. The staff puts the customers first which is rare to find these days. Great Job ???? Read more
