Overall, very disappointed! Customer service is un-friendly and drinks are way overpriced. The most disappointing thing for me... was the fact that the cashier did not let me get pearls with my milk tea. She simply told me that my drink cannot include pearls(most likely because of a lack of motivation and effort that it takes to add pearls). This mediocre drink tasted perfect forpearls and I was so disappointed that I paid $7 for a drink without pearls! Read more
We were so looking forward to some bubble tea while we were visiting Kelowna, but this didn't hit the spot. There was too much... ice used and it wasn't ground fine enough. The big chunks of ice took away from the experience of the pearls and jelly. Not sureif this place is brand new and they are still learning the recipes or not.
