This a true gem. One of the best bakeries I have ever been to. I had the everything croissant, maple French toast, pumpkin spice... mousse cake, and poached pomme coconut puff pastry. The croissant was very flaky, airy with a delicious cream cheese filling.The pumpkin spice mousse had an excellent flavour that really shone through. The puff pastry did taste slightly old, but stillhad a great bite and flaky texture. The French toast was delicious, albeit a bit overly sweet for some people (myself includedand I have a sweet tooth). I definitely would recommend trying this place out. Read more

Our caffeine crawl in Kelowna continues at Karat chocolate and pastry. We stopped in to try out their mocha and ended up also... treating ourselves to a cherry cream cheese cake. They have a wonderful seating and decor inside which is a great spot to stopby to escape the heat during the summer. I'd also suggest grabbing some macaroons from them that you can snack on while youexplore the nearby area. Read more

Wow, the croissant selection here is beyond. We tried the ham & cheese, spinach & feta, and the maple french toast croissant.... Delish. I want them all! Very impressive display of gourmet pastries as well. My *only* hitch is they only do espresso, no dripcoffee - but their case of all things croissants made up for it. Read more
