Breakfast wrap, croissant and smoothie were very good. Only giving 3 stars though because my latte was watery, my croissant was... forgotten and the service was okay. Id still go back for the cozy atmosphere and tasty food though. Read more
The place has two tables of customers - I order 2 drinks exactly the same. After the girls wander around in the back aimlessly... they finally make one drink and leave the other one for 15 minutes later after they have made one for a customer after me. Thedrink, once finally received is good. The service is terrible. What was supposed to be a treat is a lesson in frustration!! Read more
Terrible experience. I ordered online to pickup. A Tea, A Cappuccino and 2 croissants. When I arrived at the time it said it... would be ready they hadn't started the order yet. They began the order once I asked for it. Once I got my tea and coffee I askedabout the food so she went to check on it. She said they didn't have the ham and cheese croissant so I went to get a refund. Atfirst she didn't know how to refund me so she gave me some cash. I said I wanted to buy something else as I still neededsomething to eat for my daughter. I then noticed that I was given a danish instead of a chocolate croissant for my other item.The danish was $1.15 less than the croissant so I asked about it. She said they didn't have the item I ordered. Okay so I said Iwould like to return that item as well and buy 2 of the danishes since they had those and they were cheaper so I should get thedifference back. The cashiers response to this was that she doesn't make the prices which I'm not sure why that matters, as youstill shouldn't be charging someone for a higher priced item and then give them a lower priced item. Then she said she figuredout how to do the return through the online order and took the cash back and I had to repay for the 2 danishes. However I haveno receipt or confirmation by email or anything that a return was put through. I hope that it is only delayed. But wow what abad experience service wise. I will say that the tea and cappuccino and danishes were all good. I would not go back due toservice, also would not suggest anyone ever use the online ordering. Read more
I had seen good recommendations about this place and decided to give it a try. Great location, beautiful building, great... atmosphere and service. The espresso was perfect, but then I decided to try this chocolate crumble thing and it completelybrought me back to my childhood? tastes like a wet cake.. couldn?t define how delicious it was, amazing. I usually find pastrieson coffee shops boring because they taste mostly all the same but this was fantastic! Read more
