Although staff at kiosk were amazing the customer service number is horrible. Machine arrived defective and after an hour on the... phone with customer service while being at the boutique location that confirmed I would need a new machine I was told they wouldonly send it out for repair and be at least a month. Extremely polite staff. Very well management. I had an issue with my machine and Claudia was very helpful and positive towards... my case. They gave me a new machine plus they let me try some coffee at the bar before I decide what to go with. Love this!! Recently got a Nespresso machine and didn't understand what I was actually getting into. Thought it was just another... coffee maker (quickly learned otherwise) The staff were kind and went above and beyond helping me understand all the parts tohow Nespresso works, the recycling program and to understand that not all coffee is the same.
