Service was slow and average. Food took 45mins to come out. When asked why, they said there is only 1 person working in the... kitchen. Really? Food was below average. Nothing special. Overall a dissapointing expereince. Would not come back. Note: Theyjust changed their name to Saisaki but same restaurant. Avoid and go to the real O- Zeki on Spall. Much better there. Read more
My favorite sushi place so far in Kelowna! The A/C wasn't working proper so it was very hot and the food took a while and came... out at different times but they were very apologetic and offered some free snacks in between. The friendliness of the staff andthe deliciousness of the food made up for the long, hot wait. I will be back for sure! Read more

Rotten sashimi. Rolls were terrible. I didn?t even care to call them as I got the lack of care. Sure I ordered before closing,... but don?t take my business rather than give me terrible food like this. Read more
