Wow! What a find! The food was original, delicious and creative. The waitress was helpful and attentive. We had a great... experience. Not your average hotel restaurant. Definitely a place other locals should check out! We'll be back for sure. ???? Read more

The Placery, is a hidden GEM! I don?t normally stop into a hotel restaurant restaurant when staying as a guest, and even less... likely to be a walk-in. Having driven past this Hyatt Place location a number of times, it never occurred to me to check out therestaurant. However, the menu posted for the Dine Around 2022 event caught my attention. With two choices for each course inthis ?prix fixe?, we were able to sample the flavours of every option. Every dish was wonder in flavour and presentation! Complements to the chef a master in his craft. Service was impeccable! Our server was knowledgeable about each dish, it?sinspiration, ingredients, and the source of some of the main ingredients. He is gracious, polite, and curated an experience offine dining that could compete with 5-star establishments. Again, a wonderful experience from a fine kitchen and front end team. I will definitely return to take in this chef?s other creations. Read more
