Four stars because of pricing and the salad they serve is not as advertised . Small wimpy salad with some of my favourite... greens. However the food is fresh and delicious. The halibut fish and chips is my absolute favourite. Read more
The burger and fries were hot and fresh, I'll give them that. But there was way too much Mayo on the bottom bun and none on the... top would have been nice for them to spread it on the top bun also and not so much. The music they were playing was way tooloud, like a dance party or something. The bacon cheeseburger was $8.25, to get fries and a drink added that's $6.14 more. Plus2 dipping sauces were $.25 each. $16.10 after taxes makes this place a pretty expensive fast food restaurant. Not sure I'll becoming back at that price. We stop here at least once on our way to or from the coast each summer and each time we leave satisfied. The onion rings... especially were amazing, and you just can?t go wrong with a marionberry shake. The staff is also super friendly andaccommodating as we ordered and re-ordered for our kids. Kelso WA Burgerville is open for customers inside again, and has reopened their outside picnic area. However, I don't like it... when fast food employees ask for a tip, especially not a whopping 18%, 25%, or 30% tip. For this reason, I downgraded my ratingfrom 5 to 3 stars. Traditionally, people don't tip at fast food places. During COVID, many people tipped at fast foodrestaurants because food workers were hurting and we wanted to help them. During COVID I tipped at fast food places, but thatwas a COVID thing. COVID is (mostly) over, Russian-Ukraine war is going on, and there's massive inflation. Everyone isfinancially hurting now. Prices on everything are up, especially fuel and food prices are way up. Then on top of thatBurgerville (and some other fastfood places) employees are still encouraging (pressuring) customers to give big tips. I don'twant to feel pressured to leave a tip at fastfood place, especially not a large tip. I'm financially hurting now too. Mostpeople are hurting now. Please stop asking for tips at fastfood restaurants. There are still fast food places that don'tpanhandle for tips. From now on, I'm going to choose fast food places that don't ask for a tip. Note: The photos of Burgervillethat I uploaded with my review are photos I took in 2019 (before COVID). I don't recall if in 2022 Burgerville has its flagsflying again. In 2022 they have not put up their umbrellas at the picnic tables. When I've gone there in 2022, there have beenfewer cars in parking lot and less customers than was the case in 2019. i.e. - in 2022 it's less busy than in 2019 when I tookthe photos. Read more

I haven't been to a Burgerville in years and decided to go to the drive thru after work. They got my order wrong after waiting... 15 minutes second in line in the drive thru. Of course they made it right which I appreciate. Then when I got home to eat, thecheese burger's were horrible. The bun was literally rock hard on one side and there was a ton of sauce on it. I was not happyat all. The shake and fries were great. I know mistakes happen everywhere and will not hold it against them. I will return theresomeday. Read more
