Always a great experience and tasty food. They are a bit slow but it's supposed Tobe freshly made so I expect that. I got the... Rotisserie chicken instead of strips because I didn't want to hurt my gums and teeth on crunchy food. There was definitely notenough meat but it was tasty and juicy. They frys were perfect not too much salt like McDonald's.. lol Read more
They close their grill before their hours end. So when you really need to get a hot meal it takes forever. The food quality is... great, but actually getting food from them is a nightmare. It took us 30 minutes to get a couple of meals and they messed up ourorder didn't charge us or give us one of the items we ordered. When we returned to the line immediately after pulling away theysaid the grill is being cleaned and it would be 15 to 20 minutes to get more food. Mind you this is all still before theiractual closing time. Just a bad manager and lazy workers that don't want to work. This could really be a great restaurant andit's just not. Read more
Young girl at the front was working really hard and to the best of her training while everyone else (appeared to be at least 5... other people) working would hardly acknowledge or help her. One girl tried to come forward and help and was instructed insteadto wash a window in the back. The manager wouldn't speak with us and nobody would reply to customers except one guy who was notvery customer friendly. The girl working the front was very polite and I am just upset that nobody would help her when she wasconfused or struggling to get things working as there was a line of at least 7 groups waiting to order and at least 4 groupswalked out because of the bad service by everyone else working aside from the girl up front. They close at 930. She said ?may I take your order? and then after I ordered told me they close at 10 and the kitchen closes at... 930 also the ice cream machine is close dat 945. Very convenient for the staff. Not so happy for people hungry and far fromhome. I would give 0 of it was allowed. We went to McDonald?s they are much better. Hopefully the Queen staff gets cleaned outsoon. Customer service skills lacking. Read more
