What happened... I will likely not eat here again. Atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing. We had stopped going to many of the... Laundry's restaurants do to frustration with their loyalty program. After purchasing it 3 times over the past several years doto something always happening to our membership for no expandable reason we started to limit our outings to this company, eventhough we live next to it and have businesses that work with the boardwalk in Kemah and Casinos in multiple states. Going backto our experience with Red Sushi last week. They couldn't find my membership, asked us to just get another one. (((Is thislike a Wells Fargo sign up scam))). My wife and our 2 of kids ordered several different sushi rolls, sashimi, and hibachigrill dishes. All of them where sub-par... even the salad. The salad was hot (No one ate their salad... not one!!!), the samonsashimi was room temperature and had a poor consistency like it had been so warm for so long it had started to cook. Ourwaiter had a personal hygiene issue (Armpit BO, Male Exclusive BO, Bad Breath) and it should not be the job of the costumer totell them so. Even my sixteen year old daughter felt socially obligated to tell him (like when someone has something stuck intheir teeth), but we did not because we were likely his last customers for that evening. He was also very difficult to locatethe entire evening and our drinks ran empty every time. He also got an $18 tip (quit begrudgingly) simply because of the totalamount of the bill. I would gladly place an $18 tip on a $18 dollar check if the service is good, but I would have rather leftnothing in the case. My wife actually got upset with me over leaving the tip. We continue to see the restaurants on theboardwalk decline which is unfortunate for us locals. The difference between the Saltgrass at Kemah and Saltgrass in Webster isgreater than night and day. You continue to allow poor execution at your eateries on the boardwalk, assum Read more

Great staff and the cook for the hibachi was excellent! He was very interactive and friendly and funny the whole time. One of... the best hibachi places my boyfriend and I have been to between here to Boston where we are from. We went for our anniversaryand the hostess gave us great seating and even wished us a happy anniversary as well. The waitress also was very attentive aboutour drinks and asking if things were okay or if we needed anything. It was overall a great time and the view was great also. Noreal complaints from us. We will definitely be going again! Read more

We were seated right after entering and also asked about our preferred table!!! This detail made the first great impression that... the place was right for our Anniversary dinner. Atmosphere was peaceful. The nice background music sound was a benefit to theserenity water view. Wait staff was very personable, very knowledgeable and accommodated our request on the drinks even we wentthrough from cocktails to wine and cocktail menu again. There was no any sign of impatience. We were asked if we need helpselecting our meals, then our server complemented the choices we made in a very kind way. We totally enjoyed everyone, whoapproached us as customers! I can just say: You don't need to go to Vegas to be treated as a celebrity! Highly recommend thisrestaurant in Kemah if you are looking for a quality time! Read more
