Tried this Pakistani restaurant couple of weeks ago. Have passed by couple of time but did not get the chance to try... out. Service & Ambiance- -The ambiance is pretty traditional and good. -Neat and clean space. -Plenty of sitting. -Service isokayish and a bit slow. Food - we tried chicken biryani and kebabs. We visited Gulberg Bistro and had such amazing breakfast. We had halwa puri, channa, aloo bujia, paya and naan. I had mango... lassi and chai as well. Everything was cooked to perfection. This was my another exploration of authentic Pakistani Karahi and ordered Gulberg Special Goat Karahi and Naan based on owner?s... recommendation. Food?s presentation and appearance were good and appealing but not had that authentic preparation. Taste was okbut missing its root. More like a Goat curry. Goat meat quality needs improvement- meat had smell and was from an oldbreed. Considering it?s high price, $40 for a Karahi - I would stay away from 2nd visit and do not recommend if you are lookingfor authentic Karahi. It was an average quality food compare to its price tag. I had a lunch and it was a nice experience, they have indoor and outdoor seating area. fine dining and hygiene and clean... restaurant. One of the best place to eat food if you are concerned about hygiene and cleanliness. The service was quick andstaff was helpful. Owner came and ask about the food quality. We tried pulao it was fine, alo qeema was good. Fried fish wasnice served with French fries, the shami kebab was good and need more time to cook. Chicken karahi was just fine, need toimprove the taste but traditional way of cooking. On the whole it was good but I loved the hygiene and cleanliness so will comeback again. Taste need to be improved with right ingredient and right spices in appropriate quantity. Read more
