This place is a great Dunkin. All the coffee is fresh and the employees take the extra time and care to remember most of the... regulars orders and names. This is a one of a kind Dunkin and you won?t find service and quality like this at any otherDunkin. To answer a few complaints I?ve seen, since the employees explained politely to me, they run out of donuts quickbecause they close early and there?s a certain amount they can order. The people I?ve seen mad about it are the ones who feellike they?re entitled to everything. One other one says that the customer service is bad. The only time I?ve seen any of theemployees being ?rude? was because of a customer not listening or hitting them with negative energy and comments.
